We recommend undergoing regular check-ups before starting any physical exercise.
Our Fitness Check-up program includes several options:
- Check-up "Fit Check" +1 free training session at Smartass Sport Club
- Check-up "Power Check" +2 free training sessions at Smartass Sport Club
- Check-up "Ultra Fit Check" +3 free training sessions at Smartass Sport Club
What’s included in the check-up?
Sports Check-up "Power Check" consists of just two visits:
Visit №1 – morning appointment, approximately 45 minutes.
Visit №2 – no earlier than three working days after Visit №1 (subject to lab test readiness), approximately 1.5 hours.
*If necessary, the doctor may prescribe additional tests or consultations.
Medical Outpatient Consultation
- Sports Medicine Specialist Consultation – The specialist will conduct a final review based on your test results, provide recommendations, and answer all your questions.
- General Practitioner / Family Doctor Consultation – The specialist will conduct an additional examination, assess your overall health, help prevent possible illnesses, and ensure your body remains in optimal condition.
