Comprehensive examination of a woman (hormonal screening) before programs using assisted reproductive technologies (according to the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 787 of 09.09.2013 “On Approval of the Procedure for the Use of Assisted Reproductive Technologies in Ukraine”).
Program validity period: two months from the date of purchase
It is performed on the prescription of an obstetrician-gynecologist and reproductologist.
Preparation: on an empty stomach
Age restrictions: the service is provided to women of reproductive age (18-53 years)
