9 secrets that will teach you how to get up easily in the morning

Getting up early is a real challenge for many of us, especially if we have a habit of lying in bed on weekends. But getting up early and in a great mood is not difficult at all.

  1. Find a reason to get up early
Before you go to bed, plan your day so that the hardest things to do are in the morning. You'll feel better and more at ease during the day. Mornings are the best time to get your work done efficiently and productively.
  2. Forget about "10 more minutes."
The alarm clock rings - get up! And don't feel sorry for yourself. Yes, you are terribly sleepy, and you are frantically calculating in your mind that you can save 15 minutes if you don't have breakfast. That's a road to nowhere. You will want to sleep even more, and it will be much harder to wake up.
  3. Don't expect to get 4 hours of sleep
This is guaranteed agony in the morning. It is important to go to bed and get up at the same time, and sleep at least 6-8 hours. It will be hard only for the first few days. I almost forgot: at the time you choose, you will have to wake up even on weekends. However, after two weeks, this will no longer bother you.
  4. If you wake up a little earlier - get up
It can be frustrating when your alarm clock is set for 6:00 and you wake up at 5:40, for example. But if you're already awake, there's no point in going back to bed. Instead, rejoice that you now have an extra 20 minutes to yourself.
  5. Get up at the same time on both weekdays and weekends
It will only be difficult for the first few days. Then your body will get used to getting up at the same time, and you will get used to it. In addition, you will have a few free hours at your disposal, which you can spend as you wish.
  6. Jump around
After waking up, jump around. After a couple of jumps, you'll be asleep in no time. Jumping rope for 5 minutes will be good for your lymphatic system - it will help to disperse toxins that have accumulated overnight.
  7. Stretch
You can do stretches without even getting out of bed. Stretch gently, avoid sudden movements. If you spend 5-10 minutes in the morning, you will feel a burst of energy for the whole day.
  8. Open a window
It's not enough to get out of bed - it's also important to wake up. Open a window, or better yet, go out on the balcony if the weather permits. Breathe in the fresh air with a full chest, and the world will be perceived more clearly.
  9. Drink a glass of water
The best effect of a morning glass of water will be if you add a slice of lemon and a spoonful of honey. After such water you will not want to sleep anymore.
  10. Eat something delicious
But try to avoid foods soaked in fat, oil or sweet syrups, they can cause heaviness in the stomach and drowsiness. Breakfast should be hearty, tasty and healthy. Let it be a great start to the day.
